Welcome to Alpha Phi Omega – Rho Pi Chapter at UCSD! (aka APO, A-Phi-O)

Not only are we the largest fraternity on campus, but Alpha Phi Omega is the largest collegiate fraternity in the world with over 350 chapters, all based on the principles of the Boy Schouts of America and the Scout Oath. As a part of the Professional Fraternity Council (PFC), Alpha Phi Omega is a national co-ed service fraternity that emphasizes the three cardinal principles of leadership, friendship, and service.

But what does that really mean?

Essentially, we are an all-inclusive collegiate fraternity that is the foremost student-run organization in developing lifelong leaders, instilling lasting friendships, and fostering a lifetime of service to humanity.

Leadership:

We strive to shape future leaders, by holding workshops and providing you with opportunities to lead and manage large groups of people, major events, rewarding service projects, or even start something of your own!

Friendship:
Brotherhood is what makes Alpha Phi Omega a fraternity as opposed to a student organization. The brothers that you will meet in Alpha Phi Omega will quickly become your friends, with which you will create life long memories.

Service:

Every year, Alpha Phi Omega – Rho Pi does over 7,000 hrs of service! In addition to weekly service projects such as Boys and Girls Club and Special Delivery, we have major service events that we organize ourselves. Some of our major service events are Operation Santa, National Service Week, Oxfam Hunger Banquet, and Youth Service Day.

Alpha Pi - Winter Rush Week begins Week 1

If you are interested in pledging Alpha Phi Omega, Rho Pi, please check out the rush events!

Installations on Sunday 1/20 at 3:30PM is MANDATORY if you wish to join APO this quarter.

You must bring $90 cash/check on the day of installations, NO EXCEPTIONS! You can find the break down of the installation fee here.
